Tadej, I’ve written a plugin to fix this error as it was driving me mad, not to mention causing lots of problems for people who aren’t able to make changes to their .htaccess file or upload stuff via other means.

There's an API for Disqus for those who wants more SEO Power. Though it's still on constant development. I'm looking forward to using the API (probably will ask someone to develop one for me :p for b2evolution and blogspot).
